Delete Your Praxis One Account

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

1. Open the Praxis One app on your phone.
2. Sign in with the account you want to delete.
3. Tap Settings → Account → Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

The in-app button calls the same backend deletion function the request path below uses. It's identical in effect — just faster.

Lost access to the app, or never installed it? Email your account address to support@praxis-one.ai and our team will process the deletion within 7 business days (always within 30 days). You'll receive a confirmation at that address once it's complete.

Request Account Deletion

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, password hash, date of birth, biological sex, height/weight).
• All health and biometric data you uploaded or synced — HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, steps, active energy, body temperature, cycle data.
• Genome and lab uploads, parsed markers, and any AI analyses generated from them.
• Training history, workout logs, recovery scores, strain scores, ACWR baselines, and adaptive program state.
• Nutrition logs, meal scans, pantry items, supplement and protocol logs.
• AI Coach chat history and any context the coach has stored about you.
• Wearable / Health Connect / Apple Health connection tokens.
• Subscription records that link your account to App Store / Google Play purchases.

What we keep (and why)

• Anonymized, aggregated analytics: usage statistics that no longer identify you. We don't keep these tied to your email or device.
• Financial / tax records: if you made a paid purchase, we may retain transaction records as required by applicable accounting and tax law (typically 7 years). These records do not contain health data.
• Abuse / fraud signals: if your account was associated with abuse, fraud, or chargebacks, we may retain limited identifiers to prevent the same actor from re-creating an account, as permitted by GDPR Art. 17(3)(e).

Timeline

• In-app deletion (Option 1): deletion is triggered immediately. Account access is revoked within seconds. Personal data is removed from production within 24 hours.
• Request deletion (Option 2): we process within 7 business days, always within 30 days.
• Encrypted backups: production backups are automatically purged on a rolling 30-day cycle. After 30 days no copy of your personal data remains.
