Marathon and half marathon training with recovery tracking

Use Praxis One alongside your marathon or half marathon plan. It tracks running load, sleep, HRV, and resting heart rate so you know when to run the workout and when to move it.

A marathon block is sixteen to twenty weeks of accumulating fatigue on purpose. The plan tells you what to run; it cannot tell you whether you absorbed last week. Praxis One fills that gap with a daily recovery score built from heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, and sleep, compared against your own baseline rather than a population average.

Long runs, marathon-pace work, and race-week tapers all show up as training load, with runs imported from Apple Health, Garmin, or Strava. Resting heart rate drifting up over several mornings is one of the earliest signs you are overreaching, and it is visible on the dashboard before it becomes a bad race.

Praxis One does not replace your coach or your plan. It gives you the readiness data to execute the plan well, which is where most marathon training actually goes wrong.
