Recovery score, HRV, and training readiness
Praxis One recovery scoring uses heart-rate variability, sleep, and strain so you know when to train hard and when to back off.
A recovery score is a daily read of heart-rate variability, sleep, and recent strain. Praxis One compares you with your own baseline. A low score is a reason to walk, lift light, or rest. A high score is permission for the hard session.
This is readiness guidance for training. It is not a medical diagnosis and it does not replace a clinician.
