Hybrid athlete training: running and lifting in one app

Praxis One is a hybrid training app for people who run and lift in the same week. Strength logs, running load, recovery, and sleep share one readiness score.

Hybrid training means lifting heavy and running far in the same week, and the hard part is managing the combined load. Most apps track one or the other. Praxis One logs sets and personal records in the strength log, pulls runs from Apple Health, Garmin, or Strava, and rolls both into a single daily strain score.

That matters because a tempo run the day after a heavy deadlift session does not feel like a normal tempo run. The recovery score compares HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep against your baseline, so the plan bends on the days you are not recovered instead of breaking you later in the block.

Challenges and the community feed are sport-agnostic, so a hybrid athlete can compete on consistency with runners and lifters alike.
